Follow the links below to read synopses of the modules in use and their rhetorical purpose in the context of this site. Adding modules to a Drupal site increases the probability of site errors and the more modules you have the longer it will take to determine which module is causing the error. This does not mean that you should only use the core modules; on the contrary, I recommend adding user-contributed modules to your site. But I recommend an economy of choice. In other words, only add modules that you believe will be useful, both practically and rhetorically, for your site.
(Note: if you are developing your own site and managing the server-side work, please take a look at my book, Drupal Site Installation and Management for Beginners. [this title sucks])
